How do I access the screeners?
The content is accessed through your membership account.
How often do I get screeners?
The screeners are updated weekly and available on Sundays.
Can I share the screeners?
Reproduction is prohibited. Members may make one printout for personal use, but forwarding or copying by any method, including fax or e-mail, is prohibited. Violations constitute theft of intellectual property.
How do I access the Portfolio Tracker?
You should receive an email with a link to get your copy of the tracker.
Who handles the payment?
The payment service provider selected for Dividend Snapshot is Stripe. All transactions are securely executed through Stripe. Dividend Snapshot does not store any credit card information.
Transactions are executed using bank-level SSL encryption. All transactions are executed over https which adds encryption to all the data sent to and from Dividend Snapshot. If you want more information on Stripe security, you can go to their security help page.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel at any time which will also cancel the recurring payment. However, a pro-rated refund will not be provided.
What is the refund policy?
Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided. Due to the nature of the content, it is assume used and consumed when ordered and downloaded.
What is the pricing policy?
We reserve the right to change the subscription price at any time. Any price increase will be communicated with current subscribers in advance. Any price change will not affect the current subscription.
